According to Subject:Poker via wickedchopspoker.com:
Full Tilt Poker shareholders have agreed to transfer the company’s assets to Groupe Bernard Tapie.
Now that the asset transfer has been agreed upon, GBT can move ahead with its agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. From here, Full Tilt assets (via the DoJ) are moved to GBT, and GBT gets one step closer to opening the virtual doors FTP again.
The agreement with the Tapie Group reportedly includes repaying players worldwide. However, there are still conditions that need to be met, including negotiations and approval by the U.S. Department of Justice.
According to wicked chops FTP has had at least one other deal that involved some level of DoJ discussions that did not come to fruition.
But you have to start somewhere, and this is a good start.

Will know for sure tomorrow. But it seems I was off by one day, as Josh Norris over at Minor Matters did a great job in Tampa & has Banuelos going opening night. Not that it matters a whole bunch. Maybe the decision is a bit ceremonial, but it's more about keeping these guys on regular routine/rest.
Thanks for visiting.

Great stuff.

I see you project Dellin to be the opening day starter. Am I correct to assume Manny B will be the Thunder's #2 starter??

Thanks for your work.
